One trailer needs some work, priced the work on it and was about xxxx. the one that needs work is 3 bedroom could be 4 and 2 baths. the other one is in good shape and it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. rough road dont think a low riding car would come up. Willing to do RTO but price goes up with a RTO the price would be 35,000 with 10,000 down and 400 a month for the other 25,000.
